The Snowman at Birmingham Repertory Theatre was my first experience working on a large-scale professional production. As a Costume Assistant, I supported the wardrobe team with maintenance and repairs, including hands-on work repairing character costumes such as the snowman and teddy bear. This early opportunity gave me an invaluable introduction to the pace and standards of a professional theatre environment and sparked my ongoing passion for costume construction and backstage support.
