From August 2nd to 17th, I had the incredible opportunity to work in the wardrobe department at The Alexandra Theatre in Birmingham for The Sound of Music Stage Experience. Working alongside the Head of Wardrobe, Deputy Head of Wardrobe, and talented dressers. I was deeply involved in alterations, quick changes, understanding detailed costume plots, and pre-setting costumes in the wings. The experience was both challenging and rewarding, as I learned so much from the talented professionals around me. It was an amazing time, and I’m eagerly looking forward to contributing to next year’s Stage Experience!
